No good competent employee should ever have to deal with animosity and backstabbing inherent in mediocrities.
I have been here for a long time and I claim that there has never been so much mediocrity here as now. The hiring process was much more selective in the past, or so I think.
It seems that the Truist doesn't care anymore that this is becoming a gathering place for mediocrities?
