Anyone have insight I going from 7T to 7V? I know T is overtime eligible with 10% sti and I know V is not overtime eligible and I THINK they are 12% sti? Also, is 7T to 7V considered a promotion and one could expect a pay boost? Any other insights are appreciated as well.

You asked about bonus amount so I'm assuming not retail or any commission eligible position.
7V are typically salaried positions with no OT offered, and the bonus is 12%. As for salary increase I guess that depends on your job now vs the new job. I can tell you that in a group I worked in we had 7T and 7V with similar titles, 7V offers were typically more.
But no matter what. ALWAYS ask for more when you get an offer. Back up why you want more with comparisons to similar job titles in your market (if you can) and your specific education, experience, certs, and performance reviews. Sometimes you'll get a better counter offer sometimes you won't.
Ask for more than you think you can get. They will never give you what you ask for, so you have to overshoot your target.
Ask for a specific amount, don't say "around xx" if you ask for a specific amount they're more likely to come closer to that number.
Is this for care or retail? Things are so different between the two. In care, 7T to 7V is absolutely a promotion in terms of heirarchy, decision making power, etc. You’ll get a lot of 7Ts that tell you isn’t not true. But it is.
Incorrect!! Assistant Managers don’t get overtime, it gets cut in half, so if you make $20/h, you’ll make $10/h anything over 40 hours (modern day slavery)
You will also lose the 35% differential pay on Sundays so everyone is getting paid extra but you
I think you also lose any other benefits such as bilingual pay if you had that as a rep
