People have false sense of security just because nothing was announced in Feb. Really feel that changes are inevitable

Agree. Just because they normally happen at start of q2 doesn't mean that they couldnt happen.at any time.
Some folks are really stuck on a certain time frame of when changes, layoffs and so can happen. They can happen anytime and usually when you least expect it.

Maybe they'll just change the title, description of job duties, and the pay of the job, and say take it or leave it, and not offer any severance.

@gjk Exactly. People who say "could" care less are right up there with the "would of", "should of" and "could of" crowd.

Hon, it only 'sounds' like 'of' when people say would've should've could've... but as you can see from the contractions, they're short for would have, should have and could have. Just trying to help you get on in life. It's one of those things like "could care less" that causes people to just discount you as irrelevant right off the bat.
There will be no severance this year. Something would of been announced how they did last year in January. We may see slight changes too our sales routes and that’s a maybe. I personally think nothing changes this year.
Problem is that the way they offer is does not guarantee that you get it.

I hear ya. Unfortunately those who want it most are the ones who would never get it. You're the ones they will keep around til the bitter end.
