Seriously, what are you even talking about?
Are you having trouble staying on topic?
I call BS
One guy posted he had 23 stores in four counties. I laugh when I see that. Let's just say I have 186 stores across three Western states. Let's just leave it at that. And yes staying at Hilton's and Marriotts being on the road at least two days a week for over fifteen years is getting old and yes I do t want to do it. I'll trade that guys 23 stores for mine anyday.
I heard this year we as reps would be focusing more on order writing and less case throwing a manager said. He didn’t know how or what they would implement but changes usual occur in April if any. Only way I see that is if we had bigger territories.
Unfortunately none of us know anything. But anyone can see that changes need to happen . Keebler is kicking our bu-t in crackers ( with no sales force) There is a test of new order writing app and when they feel its ready, changes may come. As much as i hate to admit it,what little i make is too much just to stock.
There had been no mention of super territories or super teams so guessing just a rumor to get people upset lol
You got your information about super territories where?
Never going to happen! Especially this year.
Will all areas convert to super territory
Super Territories will pay a premium of an extra $75 a week but it will require a Tuesday - Saturday schedule.
Ok, and where did you get your information that a super territory pays more?
I'm saying it doesn't pay more based off I've worked here for a long time, and periodically there have been some super territories, and they did not pay more.
Not true .. there will be another pay grade for super territories !! Will not be same late as regular so called rep
it just means more stores.....doesnt have anything to do with volume. example you may go from 14 to 20 or so. my last territory was 23 stores in four counties....but it could have been more...lol
The "super territory grade" is the same level and pay as any sales rep position.
There's no more money for more stores, higher volume, etc.
A super territory isn't tightly defined, it just means way more work, dollars, stores, than a rep was previously doing, for the same pay.
You aint getting a raise. Ill bet same pay. Plus your 1%. Lol
