We went from hearing Roosters, Cats, Dogs in the background to even worse now, some guy from INDIA who's name is YAMAL yeah ok change it to Josh or Frank but Jamal.

This new CEO is bringing down Verizon just like he did with Ericcson. I doubt Verizon will ever win back a Customer Service satisfaction with that type of customer service whose English is worse than Hans himself. Matter of fact I think Hans has a worse English accent like when says Verizon Ultra but sounds like he says Utha LOL

i dont care wear the reps are as long as they speak clear english which they dont. i guess the company got its diverse workforce. too bad they get payed slave wages so the ceo get bigger bonus

High Qs, and top we have to do customer service, tech support, SMB Customer Service because they are close on Sundays and on top of all that, make sure you saying if they are there for the 5G Home Internet that we don't have because UW is only available in 4 blocks in most cities.

“ I came into the store because I couldn’t understand the customer service person”. This happens at least once a day. The amount of unnecessary traffic coming into the stores is mentally draining.

I feel so embarrassed when a customer comes in complaining about talking to someone from India. I just shrug my shoulders.
