Anybody here work for a OIC group?
I know anything or anybody Oracle not cloud-based is treat like hot garbage with no raises, bonuses or really any chance for any respect or investment but how about OIC? Same?

it's not just OIC. those who don't kiss a-s don't get a raise or a bonus. they treat you like garbage so you go away!
I do not work for OIC (never have and never will) but if it is anything like the rest of the company, my guess is that, it was built as cheaply and haphazardly as possible, cutting as many corners as possible, the culture is one of high toxicity and intimidation, with productivity and reliability being the first casualties, It's grossly overpriced with terrible customer service and, being the new shiny penny of technology, everything is being crammed into it, whether it makes good financial or technical sense or not.
That's my best guess, if anyone can paint me a different picture, please do.
