How would you describe Truist in one word?

Broken
Why, because leadership failed. There is no competent leadership left. They all have one thing in mind, spreadsheets, widgets, sell to an unsuspecting customer who is coming in with a complaint about broken products and long hold times. All the while forgetting about appreciating the teammates and paying them like they work at Wendy’s in the Congo. I can not find a single soul who doesn’t speak about quitting each day, no one wants to work and it’s not their fault it’s all employees who did very well and cared but their leadership has failed them for so long and left them abandoned, so short staffed and no Pay, you’re replaceable and they don’t care if you’re top performing they won’t pay you accordingly, you’ll just be part of the continuing turnover and clients will bear the brunt along with anyone who stays. It’s sad and broken
