AIP and raises?

Has anyone heard when we will be notified of AIP and possible raises? It should be any day now? It’s the only thing keeping me going….

I understand what you mean by how are they looking. I’m not in management so I can’t yet say what the “organizational performance” multiplier is. I think that’s what you meant by how they are looking. I am hopeful it’s at least 100% and not below that. In years past that number had been well over 100% like 145 and 135 which made AIPs nicer. I also know that an exceptional rating doesn’t guarantee a higher AIP because I’ve had exceptional reviews for the last 3 years and still my individual multiplier was 100%. Because to give someone more than 100% in that category means someone else has to get less than 100%. So if you have a leader who doesn’t want to reduce someone’s individual multiplier on the team then everyone gets 100% regardless of annual review status. I’m not a fan of how the individual multiplier is set up.

How they are looking? Go to the site that shows the calculation of how it is done. It will be lower this year, and within that context, exceptional rated will get higher of an AIP, but it will not be even close to the past years.

So has anyone else heard anything yet about their AIP and raise? Anyone a manager and know for sure how they are looking, not just speculation?

AIP is based on factors related to profits made by Humana, and there wasn’t much profit last year….so the percentage you may be getting may be less…the other factor is your performance evaluation….the highest AIP percentage amounts will go to those with exceptional ratings, but it is not expected to be as much as last years due to the lack of profit

For those who seem to be in the know, what bad news? And how do you know it’s bad news? Asking respectfully for those of us not in the know.
