A comprehensive plan, but same outcome of no growth despite the double-digit application variances, higher close rates and other noise. It will be challenging to outrun a continued decline in retention with direct non-standard business. GS is a master at cherry picking a few data points like we grew each of last several months while Progressive shrunk, therefore validating that his plan is working, so stick with him.
The lack of information and lack of transparency today was pretty telling. Reminded me of the Spring 2020 meetings.
