How about being on forecast calls when your b-m AM is on PTO? 🤔 Do you tell the truth that the deal(s) are all cr-p? Or do you carry on the facade that the deals have teeth and will close on time.

@2eil+1fdSFRFU they make us do that because they don’t trust the AMs to have an accurate forecast. They know we’ll be honest so we’re the backstop.
I will throw in the "technically close" of SFDC deals. At some point you just go in and mark the deal "tech close" or the SEM will call. Does not help in any way but nobody can say the Emperor has no clothes.
It’s has to be those darn call campaigns and having to fake the numbers for a Amazon gift card. 🤣 Or realizing that the BU lied to you and hung you out to dry on a key product feature.
No wait…it’s having your customer open a gnarly TAC case at 9:30AM and then emailing you at 9:45AM asking you to “escalate it”. The same customer who only spent $600k last fiscal. 😡
Going to a pool model and having no career path and development in C2E. Worse thing that the engineering executives have done. They are destroying our career and limiting our income with this C2E.
Having to put up with useless, pompous a$$, waste of Space parasitic Business (Solution) Architects/Business Architects/CTO( non technical) and their constant, meaningless self-important monotonous drone.
Micro-managing / Grin fu**ing SEMs.
