How did we go from being proud to say we work at Nike to feeling ashamed for that same thing? Maybe if they start holding those in leadership accountable for all the mistakes they're making and scandals they're causing, we'd be able to turn this ship around. As it is right now, it can only get worse.

Just today I had an encounter with possibly the d-mbest Sr.Dr. at Nike. Basically, that person had no idea how to begin defining a strategic body of work that this person actually owns. Was very clear though that someone else needs to do the work but this Sr.Dr would be willing to review it and present the work to the boss. 😂. I was equally clear that I will not do this person’s job. Your “title” does not mean sh-t to me! Embarrassing!
Cronyism and zero loyalty towards employees. Tenured equals target. They sold out. Who you know is more important than what you know. Unless you are under one of the anointed ones you are in jeaopardy.
