I accepted an offer even though pay is not much better and neither are the benefits, but I am a million times less stressed and just as many times happier. What a relief! The fact that some people accepted even lower pay just not to be here anymore speaks volumes about this company.

Just want to start off saying I'm not the op...
"If you were so happy you would never come back to this site" why? That's stupid, it's just a website, I was laid off and got a much better job, but I still come back here while taking a dump. It's not hard, it's just a website.
"No good company on earth has adopted work anywhere, do what you want bs." I interviewed at close to 20 companies after being laid off, every one of them was fully remote. Sure a few of them were bad companies I passed on really fast, but many of them are growing and way better than fiserv. Stop being stupid.
Why do you come here if you are so happy where you’ve gone. I believe you probably made a huge mistake and come here to encourage others to join you in your misery. If you were so happy you would never come back to this site, I know dozens of people who left and are miserable and many on their second and third job.
Further most never worked anywhere else and now understand that nobody owes you anything and you are expected to perform and this bs about working from your coach 24/ 7 is a total myth. No good company on earth has adopted work anywhere, do what you want bs.
Very true about the ESPP that never was reinstated. But truthfully I wouldn’t want to buy the stock.
It used to rise and split now it’s an aimless meandering downward.
@anf+1fZs2E7b don't forget about the ESPP stock discount that was not fully reinstated.
Life is better outside of Fiserv. I got more salary, better and less expensive benefits, a larger bonus potential and stock RSUs that have enough value that it truly can impact my life. Competitors are grabbing Fiserv talent which will make it harder for Fiserv to retain clients and compete. No, I will not post the link as I need to protect my identity.
For one I am not unhappy with my pay or benefits with one exception is the 401k match that was taken away its not back to where is was or should be. Its not about the money anymore its the toxic work place the frustration on and on not going into it here.
Would take a role outside of the company tomorrow for less money with some sanity. Getting out anyway this year taking some time off will either retire, do part time or full time if its a good fit. that's not for everyone though.
