Thread regarding Verizon Wireless layoffs

We need a class action lawsuit for RIS

It’s time. We can’t continue to have our pay based on something we can’t control.

Remember this company is now for 19,20, 21 years old living with their parents. Those kids are ok with $1200 check and a DK Manager that is always making threats or telling those who praised them that one day they will also be managers.

So please much we have stupid kids working among the old reps that we used to make $3k 4K a month just in commission.

Had a friend also make the move to ATT and they are much happier now. No bucket, they know exactly how much commission they make off of one sale and when the company tried to change the comp plan, their union stepped in and shut it down. I would've switched too but I'm on my way out of retail all together. After this company, I want nothing to do with corporate America. Our sole purpose is to work hard to make the rich people richer.

t mobile and att pay better. retail clerk is a dead end whether you make 0 or 2000 commission.

You can def sue a company for taking away a teams pay for a survey that says "rep was great but covid is bu-----t and your mask policies suck" or "Rep shouldn't be working at a phone store, they should be dancing on a pole" or "rep had an accent, I don't like people with accents" I could go on and on. Sprint was sued for basically the same thing and lost. google "sprint promoter score class action" it's the first result.

You can’t sue a company just because you think their commission structure is bad or isn’t “fair” lol, I swear y’all are so funny.

Buddy went to work for ATT, they start 15-18 an hr. And guaranteed 2500 commission. They are also individual commission and get paid "real dollars" for what they sell not some arbitrary bucket. Also surveys don't effect their pay. The hiring manager showed him 4 of his employees current commission checks over $3000. Time to rethink Verizon.

They really need to scrap commission if you can even call it that. Only the brainless that can't so math are busting their a-s for this weak a-s team check. Imagine not realizing that your pay check will be the same at your coworkers if you slack off in the back all day.

You can't control how many gg's are going to walk through the door either which is close to zero these days. Retail has run its course.

Where is everyone coming up with this 3 bad surveys you get written up garbage? That is not a current policy at all. You can have 10 bad surveys you will not be written up. As a manager, this isn't even something on my teams radar. We could care less how many bad surveys you get. They are all BS and not in your control, so why punish you? Sounds like your management team are real winners!

Well lucky next month it won't matter in a couple days, surveys will only help you not take from you (pay at least) 3 bad surveys in a month can get you written up or fired still. However yes I agree we need a lawsuit for the last two years. I have plenty of evidence to bring to the table. It will happen sooner or later.
