Now that we are well into Q4, we could use your perspective as we approach the new fiscal. Any comment on management layoffs or realignments.

You guys are complete buffoons for ever believing Ax Man in the first place. Just shows what losers all of you are who are still at Oracle.

Do you actually understand what I am saying? WHY ARE YOU STILL AT ORACLE? Why have you not left and gone to greener more lucrative pastures where you make more money, get bonuses and promotions? Where you are not deliberately abused and manipulated?

Why would Oracle keep middle management when everything that has been done the past few years has not worked? Competitors are years ahead of Oracle. Product development is a joke. Rolling out product, a poor copy of competition and years behind is stupid. Marketing & selling product that is can not do what it’s sold to do is nothing but a scam …just to prop stock price up short term. Makes no sense…and is costing company too much. Acquiring overpriced unhealthy companies to increase income for a short time is operating by the seat of their pants. It does not work. Debt can not be service on current net income + stock buybacks. Oracle is a house of cards. It’s just a matter of time… LE will get rid of VPs before he loses $$$.
VP privileges are over. Employee bullying will be bad PR for O and VP court consequences will be costly.

VP stepped in and took credit for other peoples work to win Army & when he could not deliver & lost Army he blamed everybody else. What a loser.

but individual firings need to be done.
VPs firings will increase stock price immediately.
Investors & employees care about the mismanagement of Oracle.
Laying off those that do the work would be su----e while firing middle management id--ts is vital for survival.
The Oracle name is no longer what it once was. It’s time to wake-up middle management this 2023 and if the shoe fits to any of the above it would be best to leave before you find yourself being sued for all types of HR violations.

Why do we need an Ax-Man then?
Ax-Man is still around, but there’s been precious little to report. People have been axing themselves for the past two years, leaving the poor performers and naive folks.
There is very definitely a class of managers who are making huge bucks and milking the system as long as they can before they pull the rip cord into another company (likely taking a level or two title demotion in the process).
Really though, there have been NO layoffs happening at Oracle and thus really nothing to warn about here.
