I think we can all agree that brushing up our resumes is a good idea. What are some Follett-specific task, talents, or skills we can list? What do our store systems like coursetracks, mms, and corepos qualify as (other than trash)? Funny or serious answers are both appreciated ;)

Last October, I pivoted out from Follett to an Account Manager role in a tech company. I spun my resume (former Store Manager II), to emphasize account manager type skills. One account (university) but business contact, departments, athletics, responsible to negotiating deals and growing sales. Turns out the position is not so different, just no people managing. You could of course spin it to any sort of team leadership instead.
Team management, customer relationship management, budget control, staff scheduling, sales lifecycle management,
Data entry, scheduling, sales forecasting, financial analysis, billing and accounts receivable, inventory management, shrink reduction, staff training, place orders with vendors, etc
