If someone expects that there will be some positive changes here and that it will ever be as good as it used to be - unfortunately, I think that person should accept the reality, the sooner the better.
There are absolutely no indications that the situation here will improve. It is difficult to accept but it is necessary to do so.

Great bonus... NO. 5-10% is not a great bonus for a Manager or Advisor. Then the fact it never pays at 100% then 50-75% is restricted stock. It is a horrible bonus and why I left.
First Data shills always come in with positive ( ???? not deleted ) comments about FB and all the world he creates. Ride the rocket, NJ going to save the western world and make the best Fintech ever along with personal insults. Same old stuff. I worked for the old Fiserv and while not perfect (no firm ever is - see IBM under Ginny) it was a pleasant place to work. Alpharetta had wonderful extras that promoted work. It was the best place I spent time in save one.
Buyer beware
Bigger is not always better.
What the original poster is not saying is that bonuses were institued in roles without them previously to prevent more attrition. The OP states the number of WFH jobs, my understanding is that this is being paused because so many people have left. Who doesn't think the current regime will place RTO on a temporary pause to appease people.
He still has his agenda, the attrition has just slowed him down.
Keep in mind the OP said reinstated 401k matching. Why did it have to stop and has the CSuite and FB continued to receive millions of dollars in bonuses? Why, yes they have.
While they're may not have been an increase in medical, that does not mean that Fiserv medical is not more expensive than other companies [it is] and the offerings are not as good.
The OP can sing Fiserv's praises, but it is not the only show in town.
Ummm…
- medical is already overpriced
- salary is not competitive, you can easily get a job that pays more
- bonus is mostly restricted stock
- 401k match has not been restored, was once much higher
- parental leave, now you are digging deep
- unlimited time off that you cant use because you are picking up the work of those who left
- 3/5 days in office required is not flexibility
- leader?
- internal promotions? Like finding a 4 leaf clover.
Get real.
A counter point for those evaluating Fiserv as a future employer.
