This is not directly about layoffs, but nonetheless, it indirectly affects the overall atmosphere here. I would like to exchange views on how Humana can adapt to better position itself in the marketplace.

Which market place? For the members? Better coverage would be nice. For the Associates? Improved job security and transparency would be nice. For the stockholders? Keep doing the same old Sh**.
