All of the managers I worked with were doing exactly the same thing. Same tricks and same skillset. Hard to believe, but it is true. I am absolutely right.

All the better managers are gone. either they left on their own or were purged out because they dare say something that rubbed somebody the wrong way. I knew several good ones and none of them are still there. If there are any good ones left, I do not know them.
