Thread regarding Fiserv Inc. layoffs

Lets Talk about No Longer Fortunes Most Admired Company

I suppose they do not understand that mistreating employees is not admired by peers. I think it is notable that under Frank's leadership Fiserv has lost this recognition. Clients are paying attention and looking elsewhere.

Frankkl gets things done because instead of acting like a thoughtful and skilled surgeon he acts like a mafia boss with a wrecking ball.

Clover has been struggling since the founding team was forced out last year.

@3pqc+1fURFeNU , Frank is not a skilled leader. A leader provides leadership, and doesn't have questionable ethics, morals or have to micromanage his staff. That aside, if we look at the fundamentals of Fiserv P/E, EV and E BITDA since 2020 . Market cap and EV continue to dwindle, EBITDA continues to go lower compared to other tech companies.

The stock is below the 200 and 50 SMA, which means institutions are not picking up the stock like they used to. The stock is channeling down since if formed a death cross june/July of last year. The company is focusing it's energy on Clover, which is in a highly competitive space and other companies (Square and PayPal) provide better products and services. It would seem that outside invstors are not looking at Fiserv.

Maybe investors know they are pi----g off their customers, employees for short term gains through tax credits and cutting staff to keep their numbers looking good. It seems like the company is taking on water, and no one is left to help bail.

Frank is a very skilled leader! No one can get as much done as Frank has in the short time he has been in charge. Any other CEO would have plugged that toilet and the bowl would begin to overflow. Not Frank! He has gotten all of the company into the toilet and it hasn't overflowed once.

@1ayy+1fURFeNU what the he-l are these sh1t posts about Berkeley and Innovative Fiserv. The only innovative thing that has come out of FB is how fast you can shove a company down the toilet to make a quick buck. FB is a true shark.

If you look at the "Approve of CEO" rating for Fiserv on Glass Door, Frank's percentage just keeps dropping.

Yes lets talk about that vs the Berkeley posts trying to drown out the real truth about the toxic, lying, spying command and control leadership at the formally known company on the most admired list.

Oh and btw.. Your at Short Hills if you are in Jersey at all since the complex is not due to be ready this year or if at all.
