It is an employee market out there. Senior management does not get that fact. There are departments being gutted by the exodus taking a lot of knowledge with them. In The infinite wisdom of the toxic environment and management, they are sponsoring people from cognizant so they became employees and can come and stay in the US. Some of these folks received titles that are above the hard working people we have which are now leaving.

Lots of teams lost a lot of tribal knowledge, but FB has a plan. It will make Fiserv great again, and dumping tribal information was the first step. I havn't heard the second step yet, but we all know communications from senior management is slow.

Really? Incorrect? My entire team, sophisticated in talent, walked out the door ages ago so that of 25 or so only 2 may be there. And they did it through networking on Linkedin, so many wound up at same firm. There is an exodus out of this once fine place.

My team has been completely destroyed, and decades of knowledge walked out of the door. Customers are livid, staff is frustrated. It will take years for the fallout to settle.
