So Humana put so much emphasis on Sales Force and now it is being stopped?

Salesforce is in a pause with the expectation of all those associates going back to cgx/hcat. Salesforce is a great product but going to cost to much to build out as it needs to be and the money is already invested into previous systems. Might have been a different story if we were better positioned in the marketplace, reimbursement and enrollment had been higher and the current unstable climate to speak of. It's all a shell game: you may think you know where the ball is but you don't. Managers leaving, employee's shuffled around or RIF. Disillusioned at the Humana family; because we can tell them directly what is the problem but if it's not the Humana program agreement, they discount as disgruntled employees. There's no employee salinification because employee's can't trust their employers!
Why no more info on the upcoming layoffs? What depth? Is thete severance....
Free money find it’s way back.
What? You are kidding me! I was a part of ECOM. Talk about a complete waste of money!
They should try smartsheet or just use sharepoint.
They’re experimenting with hubspot
Haven't even learned how to use it yet. Was supposed to get trained on it later on this year
Salesforce is a disaster with whatever company they work with. It’s so complicated they have to have specialist from salesforce to implement basic processes. Well I wish them the best
What will the new system be, ServiceNow or something else?
Yeah! I was kind of expecting that. What else is in the works?
What?!?
