Everything else is secondary to them. Family, friends, time to rest and recharge...none of that matters. Well, I'm done playing along. If you want me to break my back for you and ignore my family for days on end, then pay me properly, so I at least have something to show for it at the end of the day. Until you do, you get the bare minimum from me. And even that's too much.

@zzc+1fRlWHgb. Yep. This is why nurses historically prefer hourly wages. Constant meetings & questions from the team, absolutely expected. But now call reviews that take about an hour each plus reporting reviews & having low performers pointed out every week. Online work related time is 50 to 60 hours weekly. Salaried is not a perk. If I divide salary over hours actually worked, the member facing SW & RNs definitely make more.
Work/life balance is definitely not a thing here. They are back to micromanaging, bullying, and cracking the whip. I go to work every day with te---r in my heart. And “speak up” is just a farce. They don’t want to hear it. At all. Anyone who tries to advocate for themselves or their co-workers will be punished.
Hey…. @sek+1fRlWHg…..looks like that poster apologized, and now you’re bashing them? This is why people don’t speak up ….snarky bashing!
Mrs motivation is not here today? Bashing us a lecture on changing a job🤔😂
I can feel your pain.
Don't forget the emails. So many emails. Most of the corporate stuff is no better than junk. I am not interested in Buzz, Humana Radio and I don't need updates about perks which are more expensive than Walmart or Sams.
I agree with you OP. The work life balance is insane. I’m always signing into my computer early to finish projects, staying late, and working on the weekends. I never have enough time to do everything that needs to be completed. The meetings are endless, so it’s not like we have time during our actual workday to complete things. Sometimes I feel like I have to take PTO once a month, just to get a breather. It’s so overwhelming! Is anyone struggling with work life balance? Is anyone else signing in early and working late nights? I’m trying to figure out if I need to strengthen my time-management skills, and maybe there’s something I’m doing wrong, or are others struggling with the same thing as well?
