Once activist Cohen tears BBBY apart, the investors will lose and the C-Suite Clowns will sail out on their golden parachutes. That is why there needs to be a Class Action Lawsuit filed against the C-Suite Executives that Claws Back their unjust compensation. If an Associate at the register fails to balance their register then they get fired. We should expect similar penalties for Executive failures. This could be easily argued in a court of law.

"Leadership" when referring to management at BBBY is an oxymoron.
Leadership is well aware of this, but they don’t care. However, they will use this as justification to fire an SM if they want to get rid of them.
