Thread regarding Truist Bank layoffs

Continued issues and hold times, layoffs coming, bank regulators?

With all the continuing merger related issues and with key personnel leaving at the end of march, hopefully they will hold off on any additional layoffs. With issues like the one below, I a wondering if bank regulators are already involved. Any "in the know" on either topic?

I still work in Enterprises Tech. All that I hear is the executive and senior leaders touting how well everything went. It is hard to work for such dishonest, self serving, folks. I find out about merger related issues via social media. They keep that stuff "hush, hush" at work, at least at my level. Things may get worse when all the technical experts leave an the end of March. I am not "in the know", but my gut feeling is that they will layoff a lot of folks in the coming months.
