Thread regarding Mondelez International Inc. layoffs

What would you do?

I have see so many negative posts on this site, and very few positive ones. What would YOU, as an employee who is sorta of disgruntled but still sticking it out, do to change the seemingly toxic culture? Be specific and realistic. There’s always talk of people in leadership positions being on here, let’s tell them what we employees would like to see out there, to make it less toxic. I’ll go first. Adjust everyone’s salary who has been loyal to the company to include the amount of money from when they were hired to the hiring rate now. Example: if an employee started at $13/hr and your region is now paying $20 to start, $7/hr pay adjustment.

Anyone else brave enough to comment?

The culture is not going to change. So have fun with it!

I make sure to take at least a 1/2 hour bathroom break at every store I visit. At 8 stores a day this averages to 4 hours of free "PTO".

Multiply this by 5 days and you are getting 20 hours a week of "Free Time!" Amazing culture!

Also be sure to avoid highways when going in between stores. I am deathly afraid of highways and only drive down residential streets. This is much safer and really improves culture.

Anybody else brave enough to share their culture improvement tips?

Of course that would be what the company should be doing, but they wont. It doesn't matter what suggestions are voiced, no one gives AF in this company, and I'm talking about management and upper management, and nothing's going to change.
