Maybe the discussion that workers engage in most often is the discussion of how we’ re underpaid for the jobs that we do. While I couldn’t agree more with that claim I'm curious what you think a fair pay per hour would be for a regular store employee?

Taco Bell pays drive-thru clerks $15
Taco Bell pays up to $16 an hour and still having a hard time hiring people. Belk thinks it is the elegant high class Walmart stores so why pay more to bring in quality job applicants? After all Belk is competing with Walmart, Ross, TJ Max, Target, to survive in this tough retail world!
I have a dream that one day Belk will offer $16 to $18 an hour. Dream on!
$16 to $18 an hour with an increase in 6 months.
A living wage.
Same pay as many Belk store manages without perks since they don’t do nothing anyway but sitting in their office! Fair enough?
