Ge-z that sounds like a 3rd world sweatshop. Walk out before you leave in a hearse.
Of course Donta won’t get the blame. I think we all know why……
This bank is snowballing, it is ridiculous. I literally throw every client into the que I can. I don't have the resources to even use the restroom. Everyone quit at my office bc truist does care even though they claim they care. I am covering for everyone and have 400+ calls coming in and borrowing new people fresh out of training from other branches bc we can't treat anyone good enough anymore to retain tenured talented people. This bank is a joke, I don't think it will last much longer. Unless they start treating their staff like actual people, I don't see a future for the firm. Everyone knows they are not cared for, you can barely breathe here, the bank literally sucks the life out of you with short staff, broken systems, unclear policies, moved around everything daily, new people everywhere, low pay, high turnover, no recognition, ever increasing sales goals, constantly decreasing customer service goals, low raises, top performers shafted, constant long hours with no choice, it is unbelievable. I through every call I get into that abyss of 1-4 hour wait times. Truist don't care, I can't even use the restroom at work, no lunch break, been like this for years. Trying to cover for the constant turnover, telling me to push my pto forward. Clients know it's bad, to the point can't even lie to the clients for the bank anymore, just straight telling them to go to a credit union, we are not fit to serve clients who deserve a bank who genuinely cares about them. been a manager for 30 years, BBT was my best employer but the LAST model don't cut it for what we are doing to our clients because leadership has failed us, they shafted us and do not care about us one bit, we are abandoned and unappreciated.
You mean customers don’t like the 1.5 hour wait times and apathetic service by employees who are mentally exhausted by two years of worrying about their jobs?
Shouldn’t these clients just be grateful Truist allows them to be clients? Seriously, you have to love the arrogance of a company whose brand is tacky purple and whose mascot is a rolling ball of trash…
Don’t know who’s gonna take the fall for all these issues but it isn’t Donta. They can blame it all on Brandt for awhile I suppose. Case and his band of merry men certainly aren’t gonna get any blame!
