We need to tell his clowns that WE are the reason the company makes Billions of revenue, Hans gets his millions bonus and normal reps, like store reps, call center reps (if any as most of them are from India) get paid according to other maker jobs.
We do the job of many Managers, Open/Close, Box Count, Inventory, Receive Merchandise, Fix Walls, while managers come in and pretend to be on a conference call and leave early.
No Lunches on time, no breaks, and leave late because your store has 10 people waiting at 8 PM.

People in several stores are talking union, everyone I sick of doing the jobs of 5 people, told to slam , hide products on quotes to push a number, price of sh-t POS system, 2 hr wait times and being treated like a-s by the customers, the company hasn't learned from it's mistakes and continues to keep their head in the sand. ......ok all you DMs and people at corporate with nothing to do, down vote this now because it's true!
Just another corporate pay structure designed to make the front facing people that do the work stay poor while the blue jeans taking fake leaders hide behind ignorance and repeat the same mistakes and weaken the company's integrity. The have's and the have nots. Kiss bu-t and have low integrity already selling out your soul gets you paid. Hard work at vzw only rewards you if your hard work is for your best interests. The problem starts at the top. Low moral character is blind and too messed up to realize you should take care of your employees. Minimalize and marginalize us and this company will never improve. Sad part is with your blinders on you will just sit back and wonder why we are not as good as we used to be and will never reach our potential.

GMs are on union calls. They want us to have an open door policy but want us to hide commission changes. BE POSITIVE!!! Maybe they won't know they are not getting paid. They are naive new reps.
