I have been saying this for years! The Boys Club comes in early (to avoid household responsibilities) and they talk sm--k, go get coffee, go on and on about last night’s game, suck up to the boss, hang out in the bathroom for a half hour and then begin working 2 hours after arriving. They are hailed for being team players. And yet the employee who comes in 30 minutes after The Boys Club and begins work immediately and finishes early is chastised for not taking their work seriously.
