I mean, I can say without exaggeration that my store looks more desperate than ever. I hope the condition is better in other stores, but it seems to me that all of them are more or less looking desperate nowadays...

it's because all we have is new 19-year-old reps LOL where managers feel like they can act as a father/mother figure and tell these kids what they want to hear, you want to be a manager, Yes Master, then tell me anything bad you hear on the floor. You will be a team player by betraying your coworkers and tell me if you hear anyone being negative and not doing their job correctly.
Yes Master I will tell you anything that happens while you are here, meaning at home because I will open and close for you so I can be the next manager LOL
