Of course, the competition will take all the talented engineers because they are not valued at all here. Neither the talents nor their ideas are recognized and so then what quality of product can you expect? There are no quality products here anymore but worst of all, the leadership doesn't seem to be worried about the decline in quality at all.

There are incredibly rude and awful people in the world. Some of them post comments like that last one.
The talented engineers are paid quite well and valued. Maybe you aren't.
