Work is horrendous, so is the culture. Most of the work involves dealing with toxicity in the company, Expected to work day in and day out - can't even move out now.
so, I guess the plan is to work your a-s off, wait to get laid off and then start looking for a job? How did you guys manage?

What's a 9+ year package ?
The 9+ year package was pretty good, best thing to happen to me - despite being laid-off during a pandemic. I landed a much better job in a pretty toxic-free environment. I was consistently doing the most work on the team, but I bought into the "be candid" lie on my badge, and got "on the list". I was paid pretty well and probably would have festered for years until retirement. Layoffs at NetApp are part of their business model, but you should not count on it.
