Thread regarding Bed Bath & Beyond layoffs

There's no reason to stay

Change is rough after being at a place of employment for so long, the best thing to do is leave on your own terms and prepared before you are forced to leave unprepared. The direction this company is going leaving now before you are ultimately let go will be the best for you. Even if you are employed at BBB for many years their pay has always been trash and you will most likely be paid more at the start in a new company. Throw in the feeling of actually being valued and not just a cog in the wheel, I have no idea why anyone would stay.

@1ygm+1fK5kaIg is 100% right.

Why do people often post some version of this? If people do not know enough to move on do you think your post will convince them? " oh, I was not thinking of leaving but someone posted so now I am You sound very bitter but let people do what they are going to do
