That Yahoo News title is clickbate. If you actually read the article about 60-70% showed up…around the same number of people working daily from their NYC office before the pandemic.
Nike won’t be in a similar situation. Everyone will be good soldiers and will show up. At least initially. Within a couple months a lot of people will slowly trickle down to 2 days/week on campus. My manager already knows I’m going to do that and he’s fine with it. I also heard a rumor that starting this summer Nike is going to experiment with a 4-day work week for most WHQ employees. That isn’t 100% confirmed but my source is someone who would know.
