Making people learn Salesforce has nothing to do with layoffs. It’s one of the top systems for capturing case/call details, providing knowledge, working cases at different tiers and reporting what those cases are about. Learn what you can. Knowing Salesforce is a great skill to have whether you stay or go somewhere else.
