When I saw the commercial for the first time, I literally busted out laughing. It is what happens when you pretend to be something you are not. Truist doesn’t care about people - so when they try to come up with a “caring” commercial, it ends up being a purple ball of dirty laundry…

I have not seen the commercial. But how deft is this when customers/clients still cannot access their money? So glad I closed my accounts at the end of November. But, I still got a new debit card in February 22. Coincident with some of the issues? I think not.

It makes me think the leadership has no clue what they are doing! They call it the "ball of care". If they really care, they better get more help in the branches and answering support calls. Customers are fed up!!
