The biggest bonus you can get is the feeling when you leave this place. Everything else pales in comparison. I've been gone for a little over a week and I already feel like a new woman. My stress levels are down drastically. I was scared to leave but it turned out to be the best decision I could have made.

Ineffective with no pay increase or bonus. If they want to BS me, I will return the favor.
Looks like the mods took down several replies on this thread. Not sure why but looks suspicious since it was women speaking the truth about SunTruist.
The best thing I did was leave after the merger. My friends who remain are looking elsewhere for employment. Everyone says the bank is not the same and everyone is miserable. Good luck, I'm glad you made the best decision!
As a woman getting out of that good old boys club was a good move. It’s sad that the women in leadership don’t care about helping other women and their careers. They only care about themselves and protecting their little kingdoms. Suntrust is ki----g what could have been a good thing with their arrogance and greed. SunTruist won’t make it through a recession that is already starting.
