No quota went up because they want to crush your soul before the “salvation” of the new com structure. The first few months you will make money then you will lose money guaranteed YOY. I know that sounds impossible to make even less but watch. I’m giving my two weeks soon and I can’t wait!
Fu-k quota. Hit the minimum required lines to get a comm check then coast. Do enough to not get pipped out

Who cares about quota anymore ? The juice is not worth the squeeze if you are working in retail team commission. Overdriving sales will possibly make the difference of a few hundred dollars. I would rather keep working at my own pace and doing just enough to get by. Then if at the end of the month I get a bonus of 1k or so I’m satisfied.
