I'm devastated, sad, and feel all alone. I have incessantly complained for months now and pi$$ing and moaning and said really, really tearfully that I do not want to go back in to the office I was hired to work at when I accepted this job. Who do these people think they are? Why aren't they listening to me [insert mental image of me stomping my foot and holding my breath].
I am not be valued as an (non-gendered specific of unknown racial, sociological, economic,, or educational background) as an individual! They act like they are in charge of me (well, okay technically I do work for them but come on!) when everyone knows it is us faceless, interchangeable, dime a dozen drones who make this place go. I mean if it wasn't for the 50 or so of us on calls throwing out every inconceivable scenario to bog down any sort of progress. I mean if it wasn't for us, we might actually be efficient.
They aren't going to even assign us desk. How will we get our clique to all sit together so we can spend two hours a morning to plan our lunch (another two hours) and then 2 hours in the afternoon to come with a reason to why we need to leave early.
I just don't see how this RTO thing is ever going to work. SMH
