IBM leaves Russia. Russian companies find other vendors or do it themselves. Projects get finished on time or ahead of schedule. Project costs go down. Russian companies are happy.

IBM is part of the Great Reset that will be taking place over the next 10 years to transform the World into a total slave colony. Don't believe me, read Klaus Schwab's book on the Great Reset. Klaus Schwab is in charge of the World Economic Forum (WEF) which is looking to take away all private property - "You will own nothing and you will be happy." (Check out the World Economic Forum's website for more details.)
So it really doesn't matter what IBM does at this point. The world is going to change and become a miserable place to live in. IBM will be in existence to run the massive data bases as the world will be a massive AI surveillance grid and most people who are still alive will be subjugated. This Russia conflict is just a diversion. The bigger story is the "Great Reset".

@1yvv, since you are already working with lawyers, you know better but IBM was not LEGALLY REQUIRED to provide you titles and ages of those they were laying off.

Your signing of a waiver simply meant that you would not bring a lawsuit against them in return for accepting the severance payment. But they were under no legal obligation provide you data that could lead to a potential lawsuit. You were supposed to have collected that evidence on your own.

If there is a U.S. law that says that an employer is legally required to provide the titles and ages of those they were laying off, please share the link.

@1aub, sorry you were axed too.

I'll be suing on the grounds of age discrimination. The EEOC found that from 2013 to 2018, over 85% of IBM layoffs were older workers. When I was laid off--around the end of that range of years--IBM didn't provide any legally-required demographics (i.e., ages and job titles) of those being laid off. So I didn't have this evidence of age discrimination at the time. If I did I wouldn't have signed the waiver.

I'm working with Lichten & Liss-Riordan (ibmlawsuit@llrlaw.com).

Great. Hip hip hooray. IBM is still a shithole company that laid me off (as well as so many others) because of my age. It certainly wasn't because of my performance: I have years of excellent performance assessments to prove it. I'm hoping to sue the sh-t out of IBM as part of a class action lawsuit. If you're in the same boat I hope you'll join me.
