Base pay is now 80% of your money. It used to be the other way around. When you sold more you made a lot more. Nobody cared about Base pay. Now they flipped it backwards to say your commission is going to be so bad just look at Base pay. And now included in Base pay is inventory, merchandising, cleaning, stocking lol Any rep that cares about earning that phat $200 bonus won't waste their time with this. Time away from sales lowers their contribution standard and puts them at risk of receiving a 3 bar instead of a 5 bar. They don't want to miss out on that phat bonus.

Not enough staff to take 100% of customers, maybe 50%
Yep except the 20% is still expected to dictate 100% of our actions. Send the upgds out or online. That’s prob 80% of our door swings. So we’re selling ourselves short worrying about how to manipulate that 20% cause we’re putting the 80% out of business.
