Thread regarding Oracle Corp. layoffs

Friday March 4th

Happy Employee Appreciation Day!

Yes, there is such a thing, but you will not hear that from Oracle. Which is not really appropriate because they really do appreciate you!

Oracle loves every dollar they can make by having your b-m in a chair! The love extracting every thing that they can squeeze out of you, but, I know, the bean counters will say, that’s business! (Except that is not how successful businesses stay competitive!)

Smart companies invest in their employees for the future, and truly appreciate them!

You were right!

Yeah I was. But it didn’t do any good. What will happen now?

Get out of Oracle. It’s a terrible place to work. Have respect for yourself and get yourself out.

No one should be bullied. An employment attorney is the answer & every VP that has bullied anyone needs to be named in a lawsuit for verbal abuse, collectively and also individual lawsuits. They need to pay for being overcompensated to abuse their team members. Taking credit for someone else’s work is stealing. Just as pay raises for their favorite slaves that will protect them. The list is long for unacceptable abusive behavior by the
“ heorachy” VP’s in their control of their employees . It is illegal. They are violating employment law. Slavery needs to stop. Start with the Atlanta
VPs and let the attorneys build their case and they uncover the rest… It’s such a slam dunk that no upfront money will be needed. Let the law firm make a name for themselves while doing the right thing for Oracle employees as well as. Corporate America.. No one should be abuse. Atlanta VP’s seem to be the worst, Self indulgent. Just make contact to with a employment firm with good reviews and you can be anonymous if you want.. Get the ball rolling. It will eventually make headlines and you will be protected, you will make a difference and help more people than just Oracle employees. This is 2022 and it is time for employment abuse to stop. HR policies have been violated & they need to be uncovered to be an example to other HR departments across the country. All past and current abused employees have rights VP’s at Oracle need to be stopped & need to pay for this abuse. Once employment lawyers get involved they will investigate and will do all the work. Oracle needs to be the example to corporate America so that this treatment can be stopped. Employment laws are important, made to protect employer and employee. When an employee is abused that employer violation has pierced their protection. From what I’m reading Oracle is out of control and has been for a long time. Prot that obviously mean. Those that do the work need respect and fair treatment in every industry and every company LE can not protect VPs in a court of law. VPs will not protect LE. VP’s will run scared especially in Atlanta and flip on upper management the Atlanta VP’s need to go. Truth can not be hidden forever. Please standup and protect yourself and others. STOP THE ABUSE!
Make a difference. I ran across this site researching for a project and it so wrong to read what many are saying that is going at Oracle. You deserve better. VP’s lieing to employees, taking credit for employee(s) work for their own promotion, money, ego while blocking the employees career from advancing is unacceptable.
VP not reviewing work m, not doing their job and no accountability while making far more money, getting better benefits, more vacation, traveling the world and not concerned for their team that they are neglecting and abusing. The money lining VP’s pockets while others doing the work can not get raises or promotions is unacceptable. Those that are doing this which I have seen remarks about Atlanta VP’s need to be replaced. By investigating the spineless Atlanta VP a—kissers, fear will cause them to flip on upper management where it all starts. S-it that has been flowing downhill for too long needs to be pushed back up.
