Why so many comments "Just leave if you don't like it"?
I heard that from the manager, too. Can BBBY take some constructive criticism and try to make some positive changes here, or is the solution for everyone to “leave if they don’t like it”. Of course I will leave if nothing changes for the better, but a lot of problems will still remain and people will still be dissatisfied. Dissatisfied employees cannot be productive either.
Feedback surveys are just that..feedback..it does not mean policies will be changed based on them. One would hope if enough people voice the same concerns they would be looked at..but not necessarily changed.
if they don't want constructive criticism then why do they ask us to evaluate ourselves and our bosses? why did they do the feedback survey's the last couple of years? granted, i know it's all for show, but..
The OP really doesnt understand the work world. Seriously.this is not a Mom and Pop shop that may want your feedback. A large company does not want "constructive criticism" from an entry level employee. Sounds harsh but it is true

Um..I agree..just leave..a company does not change to fit an employee. You cannot change a partner to fit your needed .they are what they are. It IS super simple. Just leave.
