I like looking at asphalt plants, so I'm happily moving to Nj
Haha my salary increase to move to NJ from a southern state was a whopping 6%. They'd help with relo costs which for me varied depending on if you're single/family, renter/owner. But, you've gotta pay it all back if you leave within 2 years so it's basically a 24 month loan. I quit.
Watched it for years. Good riddance.
At least one Ohio couple will be moving their office romance to New Jersey. Enjoy seeing that every day
Yeah, that's the thing. I'm supposed to simply uproot my life with my family? For what guarantee? You'd have to guarantee me a position for at least 10yrs. (Impossible, I know)
No way. No thanks.
LOL!! At least the guy gets to be homeless in a beautiful state with wonderful schools and parks. I wonder if Frank will let him pitch a tent in the yard.
He’ll find out about taxes COLA and RIF soon enough.
Did you know that the cost of living in New Jersey moving from Ohio is an increase of 34.6%? Is Fiserv giving you a 40% raise to cover that increase plus inflation? Did you get something for moving expenses as well?
What happens if you get RIF’d after you move there?
Oh yeah a nice salary increase? How much? Also how much did your taxes and insurance go up? NJ has some of the highest in the country for both. I make 150k and my real estate taxes alone would be an additional 8% of my salary. So again... how nice was that salary increase?
Can’t wait to get to the Innovation Center@The Park in Berkeley Heights a beautiful location in NJ, with great schools for my children and a nice salary increase for me!
Sorry you won’t be coming.
Will be moving there this year from the buckeye state. Looking forward to it !!!
Agreed.
