Hearing people are being told their fate this week? Anyone have these conversations yet? End date is 12-15-22. Enough time for everyone to find a new job and Frank to not pay severance or transition bonus.

Just notified last week. Unless I was willing to move to another state, I’m out. My end date is 12/15/2022 after 15 years.
RTO does not apply to the remote workers that do not have an office to return to. MTO is move to office for the people who have always been remote
Frank should give up the outrageously expensive 1 Broadway NJ location and move to Berkeley Heights...lead by example and not iron fist.
Personally for the courses of this board, I prefer RTO or GTFO. Since that Frank's approach.

Just to clarify it seems like...
RTO means return to the office you already work at, meaning the one you came into everyday before covid.
MTO means move to an office you have never been to, far far away from home in a state you don't live in and possibly have never been to, specifically Berkeley Heights, NJ.

Move to Office or MTO is the project name for the initiative to move associates from the remote status that many were hired into to the new New Jersey office. It is not a return. It is you either move to New Jersey or be transitioned out with severance as a layoff. Some will be allowed to go to Lincoln, Brookfield, or Alpharetta if their manager is there because the New Jersey office will not be ready on time and the temporary New Jersey offices are full.
What does "MTO" mean?
Personally, for purposes of this board, I prefer RTO or GTFO -- because that is how people feel.
