Can somebody explain to me how we made the top ten of the most admired companies in the world? Is it really admirable to treat your employees like they don't matter? To give the ELT huge pay and bonuses while giving insulting raises and bonuses to everybody else? To work your employees to the bone and not reward them for it? Where is the admirable part?

They have money to hire new people and give them severances before paying you a good raise.
