Every week one of my coworkers leaves. It's become ridiculous, the rest of us can only wonder who is next to leave. The reason is simple, people are exposed to more and more micromanagement, more and more criticism. The pressure is huge. Is their goal to have most of us to leave without severance pay? If that is part of the plan, then Mondelez is executing it very successfully.

Mondelez still needs workers until the end.
Sounds plausible that this is their plan.
Get rid of anyone that has been around for a while. Then, when you get rid of everyone, if everyone is newer, very low severance will be paid out.
If it were their plan they would not back fill these positions. Employees are just fed up and tired of being treated so poorly.
