To many directors with little to no hands on experience will not be able to fix the mess. If a company shows no care or concern towards it's employees then why should employees care about the organization.
My thoughts exactly. Obviously, this will never again be a workplace where people actually enjoy working. I wonder why most of us still care about this company?

I didn't care about the company. I cared for the people and the environment. St Louis was always an unnecessary antagonistic presence in the local environment.
