Heard from a friend in a leader role that associates are going to be very disappointed with AIP this year. Has anyone else heard anything? Last several years have been good, and earnings calls didn’t indicate that Humana was in trouble, so I’m surprised to hear that AIPs are horrible this year.

Mine is about $2500 less than last year and about $3500 less than the first year we got AIP. I was impacted in the last round of layoffs but was fortunate enough to find a more secure (read not HAH) position. HAH seems to be the big loser and always has been.
Hello CEO and leader. So you're worried about layoffs too? I would think you'd actually get notified about stuff like that and not try to find info here, right?
Some will get no raise & 50% AIP. We do not know dollar amount yet.
I am a CEO. Probably so
Yes I have been told this and I am a leader
Shady goings on? Like what?
I think we were all told aip was tied to company earnings. I am just going to be happy to get anything because 3 years ago we got nothing
Some shady stuff going on upstairs and it’s super sad. But do you think BB and his minions would take a cut in their millions in bonus!?
Well say goodbye to the nurses. I’ve been looking at the salaries other companies are paying us right now since the shortage is so bad and you can make a lot of money right now. FYI it’s not just in patient care positions.
