I talk clients out of using the bank when they yell about the bank problems I agree and let them go on their way, they are right and that’s what I get paid to do, they forgot to pay me well, I forgot to sell them and extra credit card and decided to agree with the clients truthful statements about the bank, who knows maybe they’ll help me get a better job that appreciates me because of my honesty.
Have to wonder if they'll pull the Spotify thing of trying not to let people cancel...
